The Toshiba Mirai 1.0HP starts from RM999 outright or RM89 a month on rent-to-own. That covers both the indoor and outdoor units. Installation is charged separately except on rent-to-own packages, which include it free.
What makes Toshiba better than other brands?

What is the difference between Daiseikai, Haori, Seiya and Mirai?
Daiseikai is the premium series with the Plasma Air Purifier and 19dB operation. Haori is the designer series with swappable panels to match your interior. Seiya balances price and performance. Mirai is the budget line with Japanese build quality. All of them use the anti-corrosion Magic Coil.
How does Toshiba rent-to-own work?
Pick a model, sign the agreement, and we install within 1 to 3 days. You pay monthly from RM89 over 36 months, which includes free installation, free scheduled servicing and full warranty. The unit is yours at the end of the contract.
Is Toshiba suited to the Malaysian climate?
Very much so. The anti-corrosion Magic Coil is designed for hot, humid tropical conditions. Hi Power mode cools a room quickly, while inverter technology cuts electricity use by up to 60% against a non-inverter unit.
How much does servicing cost?
A scheduled chemical wash runs from RM80 to RM120 per unit depending on capacity and service type. For rent-to-own customers, scheduled servicing is FREE for the whole contract. We recommend servicing every 3 to 4 months.

Yes. An outright purchase carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty on parts plus 5 years on the compressor. Rent-to-own includes full warranty across the 36-month contract — we cover any fault entirely, parts and labour included.
